Spring Yard Waste Event 2023

Prepare for free yard waste disposal this Spring! Bundle your organic waste in four feet lengths or place in containers that can be dumped and left at curbside (marked YARDWASTE) such as marked extra cans, landscape containers, boxes, etc. Brookings/Harbor, May 1-5 - on your garbage day; Gold Beach, Wednesday, May 17th; and Port Orford, Thursday, May 18th. Or, take it loose, bundled, or paper bagged to the Wridge Creek or Port Orford Transfer-Site Tuesday through Saturday, May 9-13th. Paper landscape bags can be purchased from your local stores where garden supplies are sold. Yard waste in PLASTIC BAGS CANNOT be accepted.
